Is Muammar Gaddafi in love with Condoleeza Rice?

Apparently scrapbooking was one of Muammar Gaddafi's favorite hobbies; but not just regular scrapbooking-- creepy, weird scrapbooking with photos of Condoleeza Rice (or "Leeza," as he likes to call her) as the focal point.
